Sarawak With many attractions on offer, though less explored than its neighbour, sabah, it is the land of the head hunter's, the hornbill, 27 ethnic groups, longhouse and staggering cave formations as well as a rainforest housing one of the world's richest and most diverse ecosystems.
Climb Mount Kinabalu. This is South East Asia's 3rd largest peak with the foothills enjoying a rich eco system. Trekkers usually overnight in the lodge prior to hiking to the summit for sunrise. Enjoy the
Turtle Islands from Sandakan. The park is a safe haven for the engangered green and hawsbill turtles. Selingan Island which is the largest, houses the park headquarters, a turtle hatchery and tourist accommdoation.
In the evening you can watch the turtles lay eggs and then collect them and take them to the hatchery., or any eggs that have hatched, you can take the hatchlings and release them into the sea. View Itinerary or you can combine with the Sepilok Orang Utan Centre on this Itinerary
If Diving is your thing then why not experience Mabul Island. Divers from around the world love this world class dive site. Sipadan Island rises from a seabed up to 2000 feet. Experience waters filled with more than 3000 species of fish or enjoy cave diving. Mabul is arguably one of the riches single destinations for exotic small marine life anywhere in the world. Flamboyant cuttlefish, blue-ringed octopus, mimic octopus and bobtail squids are just a few of the numerous types of cephalopods to be found on Mabul's reef. The sight of harlequin shrimp feeding on sea stars and boxer crabs waving their tiny anemone pompoms are just a small example of the endless species of crustaceans. BORNEO

Cruising in the extreme comfort of a Pandaw, passengers will be able to visit Iban longhouses, make boat trips up tributary rivers and see the vestiges of the colonial Brooke Raja.
